Yes. Model suites are set up for tours so you can see the construction and finishes first hand. If the tour goes beyond the leasing centre you will need a hard hat, steel-toe boots and a vest — we provide all of it, in every size. No safety gear is needed for the leasing office itself.

Directly in front of 180 Kanata Ave. There are two or three spots reserved for future residents in the middle of the building, right by the leasing office. There is also parking across the street in front of Best Buy.

Underground parking is $175 per month. Visitor parking will open shortly in the short-term paid lot.

Utilities are additional, based on consumption, and billed to you directly by the metering company.
