During my search for an apartment for my mother this year I visited The Woods-180 Kanata Avenue. I was impressed by the welcoming team there and commented that they were excellent ambassadors for this lovely new building. Adam and Viktoriya patiently answered our many questions and provided all the information we needed, along with a couple of tours, to alleviate my mother’s concerns about moving to a new apartment. They also showed great kindness and respect for a senior which I appreciated.

Great looking building. The fixtures and finishings are modern and very stylish, perfect location, lots of planned amenities, and I have picked out the apartment I want! Anna has been hugely helpful, responsive, and terrific to deal with, touring the units, and giving me all the information I’ve needed. Adam, who also gave us a tour, was friendly and cooperative, making sure all our questions were answered. I look forward to living at The Woods!

I am really looking forward to living at The Woods, 180 Kanata ave! The communication from the management team is excellent—they’re always responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns. What I really appreciate is the plans to build a sense of community with regular events and activities that help neighbors connect, making it feel more like a neighborhood than just a building. It’s clear they truly care about creating a positive, welcoming environment for everyone.

Adam and the team were extremely amazing and very patient with us while we toured the different floor models to find our perfect home. We never felt pressure to sign the lease and he has been very responsive to our questions.

I inundated the rental office with questions, via email and phone calls. I was responded to promptly and with an abundance of information. The tour of the property was so much fun, Adam made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable about all of the amenities and offerings of the property. I can’t wait to live there!
